Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, and supervising the company’s human resources activities.
- Implementing company HR policies and programs.
- Managing the employee recruitment and selection process.
- Providing support in employee development.
- Handling internal human resources conflicts and issues.
- Conducting employee performance evaluations.
- Handling employee health and labor BPJS.
- Managing documents related to employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
