Tidak terasa sebulan telah berlalu dan kami kembali melaporkan perkembangan terkini pembangunan proyek The Pakubuwono View. Pesatnya progres pembangunan dua menara The Pakubuwono View telah semakin tampak dari kejauhan.

Dalam sebulan terakhir ini kedua menara, Lacewood dan Redwood telah mencapai 20 dan 15 lantai. Bukan hanya bertambah tingginya struktur gedung saja, tetapi sebagian panel precast pun telah terpasang sebagai dinding luar di kedua gedung tersebut selain pemasangan panel precast dinding unit serta dinding gypsum di dalam unit. Tentunya bukan hanya dinding luar yang sudah mulai tampak melapisi kedua gedung tersebut, pemasangan kelengkapan penunjang pun terus berlangsung di setiap lantai.

Unit mock up yang berada di lantai 5 menara Lacewood dan lantai 5 menara Redwood pun terus dikerjakan dan diharapkan akan selesai sesuai jadwal dan direncanakan akan diresmikan pada minggu pertama bulan Mei 2009. Pada saat ini pemasangan frame aluminium dan kaca sudah selesai dikerjakan disini. Unit mock up adalah unit contoh standar yang akan diberikan kepada pembeli sesuai dengan spesifikasi awal sehingga para pembeli dapat melihat secara langsung unit yang nantinya akan diserahterimakan.

Dengan pesatnya progres pembangunan, diharapkan rencana topping off akan dapat dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2009 sehingga progres finishing keseluruhan gedung pun akan dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah disusun.

As a month passes by, we are ready and eager to report our latest development of The Pakubuwono View project. Our fast building development progress of the two The Pakubuwono View towers can already be seen from distance.

Up until this month, the constructions of Lacewood and Redwood towers have reached up to 20 and 15 floors respectively. The construction progress is not just from the height building structures, but also part of the precast panel that has been installed as the outside wall of the two towers. Moreover, not only the outside wall that can be seen covering the two towers, installation of supporting accessories has continuously progressing on every floors.

Unit mock up that is located on the fifth floor of Lacewood and Redwood towers are routinely on progress and optimistically will be done on schedule. We are planning to launch it on the first week of May 2009. Currently, the aluminum frame and mirror have been installed. Unit mock Up is a show unit with initial standard specification for the buyer. Thus, all buyers can see directly the unit that they will get at the end of their purchase.

With our fast growth of the construction, we are targeting topping off will be on August 2009. So that, the finishing progress of the two towers will be running on schedule.
