Salam sejahtera, Pada hari Senin, 15 Juni 2009 unit mock up 2 bedroom yang berada di lantai 5 Tower Redwood pun telah diserah terimakan dari PT. Adhi Karya selaku kontraktor kepada perwakilan management The Pakubuwono View disaksikan oleh seluruh direksi The Pakubuwono Development. Dengan demikian seluruh unit mock up di kedua tower, Lacewood dan Redwood telah siap untuk dijadikan unit acuan standar kualitas dari penyelesaian keseluruhan unit. |

Sampai dengan akhir bulan Juni 2009 pembangunan struktur gedung telah mencapai lantai 37 di tower Lacewood dan 30 di tower Redwood. Tim project The Pakubuwono Development secara rutin melakukan kunjungan ke supplier-supplier dengan maksud menjaga mutu barang serta ketepatan waktu pengiriman barang sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Pada bulan Juni kunjungan dilakukan ke tempat penyimpanan service lift Mitsubishi yang telah siap untuk dikirim ke proyek untuk pemasangan. |

Pertemuan rutin terus dilakukan setiap minggu antara management The Pakubuwono Development dengan main kontraktor sebagai usaha untuk menjaga ketepatan waktu penyelesaian pembangunan dan memastikan kualitas bangunan. Untuk itu pertemuan besar dengan seluruh pimpinan kontraktor dan supplier yang terlibat dalam pembangunan The Pakubuwono View telah diadakan pada tanggal 25 Juni 2009 lalu dengan tema “Setahun menjelang serah terima proyek The Pakubuwono View”. |

Greetings, On Monday, June 15, 2009, 2 mock up units located on the fifth floor of Redwood Tower were officially handed over to the Management of The Pakubuwono View by the Contractors, PT Adhi Karya, witnessed by the Board of Directors of The Pakubuwono Development. Thus mock up of all the units in both Lacewood and Redwood towers have been finalized as reference to the quality for the completion of all units. By the end of June 2009, the construction of structure reached 37 floors at the Lacewood tower and 30 floors at the Redwood Tower. In June, the project team has visited the warehouse of Mitsubishi lift which are ready for installation in the coming months. The weekly meeting between management of The Pakubuwono Development and main contractor is held on a routine basis to ensure the schedule and quality are being met. On June 25, 2009, we have held a meeting “One year to go to handing over The Pakubuwono View project” with all contractors, suppliers and subcontractors to reinforce the commitment from all of parties involved. All invitees are either owners of the suppliers and the contractors.
