Satu bulan menjelang topping off Lacewood dan Redwood Tower, pembangunan struktur apartemen The Pakubuwono View telah mencapai lantai 36 di Redwood Tower dan 40 di Lacewood Tower. Tim proyek beserta seluruh kontraktor yang terlibat bekerja keras untuk mewujudkan ketepatan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan struktur.

Di bulan Juli ini, beberapa factory visit dilakukan oleh tim proyek untuk memastikan kualitas dan jadwal pengiriman material sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.

Kunjungan ke India untuk melihat secara langsung sandstone yang akan digunakan untuk façade bangunan serta ke Semarang untuk pengecekan genset dilakukan oleh tim proyek serta Jaya CM. Selain itu kunjungan ke PT. Citatah untuk pengecekan kualitas marmer yang akan dipasang pun dilakukan secara intensif.

Menjelang topping off apartemen The Pakubuwono View, tentu saja seluruh barang-barang dan material yang akan dipasang sudah masuk dalam jadwal finishing yang akan dilaksanakan sehingga jadwal serah terima unit kepada seluruh pembeli pun sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan.  Untuk itu tim kami tidak henti-hentinya menjaga kesiapan supplier dalam menyiapkan material yang akan dikirim ke proyek The Pakubuwono View.

One month short of the topping off Lacewood and Redwood towers, the construction of the structure of The Pakubuwono View has reached 36 floors in Redwood Tower and 40 floors in Lacewood Tower. The project team and the contractors have been working hard to achieve on-time completion of the structure.

In July, the project team visited several manufacturers to ensure that the quality of products and on-time delivery was achieved. A visit to India was also conducted to directly inspect the quality of the sandstone that will be used on the façade of the buildings. The project team and Jaya CM also visited to Semarang to inspect the electrical generator sets. Intensive inspections to ensure that the quality of marble  installed  is  per specification is also done regularly.

Just like meeting the schedule of the topping off of The Pakubuwono View apartments, all material and fittings that are to be installed are in accordance with the finishing schedule to ensure on-time delivery. It is with this in mind that our team is constantly monitoring the readiness of our suppliers to prepare for the assembly and delivery of building materials and equipment to The Pakubuwono View.
