GM's Letter October 2006

Dear Residents,

Greetings and a warm welcome to our new residents who have moved in to The Pakubuwono Residence these past couple of weeks! We hope your move has been a very pleasant one and you are settling quite nicely in your home. Call us anytime if you need assistance. Our Tenant Relations Officers are available 24/7 to help and serve you.

You may have noticed our billboard message for the month of September, “Smart Home… Learn From Your Own Library” Now that the kids are back to school, we encourage your children to use our library where they can have fun whilst learning in cheerful surroundings. Let us know if there are any special books you would like us to offer in the Library and we will be happy to search them for you. We want your kids to be happy living at our beautiful complex and we'd love to help in any activity to make their home more lively and entertaining outdoors and indoors. Enroll them at “Dr. Vera Swimming School” and meet our instructor Dr. Vera in this month's Inside issue.

Check out What's On this month at The Pakubuwono Residence. Sign up for one of these art and culture classes and have fun while learning and appreciating Indonesian culture. And for our Club's fitness enthusiasts, find out more 'Inside' about our new morning schedules for fitness classes like yoga and Pilates.

A number of our residents have approached us regarding the nominal fee for visitors using the club facilities which are exclusively for you. The Visitor Fee is effective September 2nd in the amount of Rp. 50,000 per visitor per visit, on weekdays and weekends. The fee is applied to cover operational and maintenance cost and subject to periodic review and change with prior notice. Kindly accompany your visitor when using the gym and other club facilities and please register your guest(s) beforehand at the Club Reception and we will bill you the usage fee in your monthly statement. Please do not pay with cash at the club reception and observe our “No Tipping” policy.

As The Pakubuwono Residence gains more exposure and excellent reputation for being the most sought-after luxurious residential complex in the city, you'll notice some leasing and marketing activities. We wish to remind our Owners to please accompany their Property Agents when they show their units for lease. If for some reason you could not show your unit personally, please inform our Sales and Marketing office or report to the Receptionist at the entry building who will arrange one of sales staff to accompany your agent and prospective client. The Pakubuwono Residence is your 'home' and we encourage property agents to respect the privacy of our residents.

Inside also continues to provide you with household tips and for this month, we share with you some helpful suggestions for caring for your parquet flooring to achieve long-lasting beauty.
And as we enter into the Holy Month of Ramadan, I wish our residents who observe the fasting month our best wishes during this time of spiritual reflection, self-restraint and prayer.

From all of us here at Building Management,

Selamat Menunaikan Ibadah Puasa.
With best personal wishes,
