Tips from Building Management

* In case of fire, don't be panic and use your fire extinguisher for first action.
* Please contact our security at 1331/1320 or our control room at 2303/2304.
* Residents are required to provide fire extinguisher 3.5 kg powder at each unit.

GENERAL MANAGER

Detlef Skrobnek

As the General Manager of The Pakubuwono Residence, Detlef Skrobanek's twenty solid years of professional experience in hotel industry and property management business makes him the best person for the job. His stints with international 5-star hotel groups in Canada, Asia and Middle East for Four Seasons Hotels, Hilton International, Dusit Hotels & Resorts, Rhombus Hotels & Resorts and Kempinski Group of Hotels considerably polished his skills as a manager, as he was responsible for the management as well as the establishment and development of hotels, serviced apartments, convention center, mixed-used residential and commercial properties, sports and leisure clubs. He has been involved in major hotel openings and setting up the property management systems and managing the 800-unit, 5 luxury condominium towers for Rockwell Land Corporation in Makati, Philippines. International consulting projects include the recently opened, world-renowned Kempinski Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi and the Kempinski Ishtar Hotel & Spa in Jordan.

Committed to the pursuit of excellence, he directs the overall operation of The Pakubuwono Residence to maximize performance, profitability and return on investment by creating a positive and productive work environment and ensuring superior Owner, Resident and Lessee services and compliance with quality and operational standards towards the enhancement of the owner’s assets.*


DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER

Leny Tohir

Leny Tohir is backed up by sixteen years of professional experience in finance and accounting, with her stints in Price Waterhouse and Securicor, and with her latest position as the Finance Director of PT. Securicor Indonesia. As the Deputy General Manager, she manages the day-to-day operations of the Pakubuwono Residence making full use of her skills in finance and accounting towards the commercial revenue generating areas and building management support functions. In addition, she also ensures that standards are maintained in these areas, profitability is maximized, owners', residents' and commercial clients' needs are fully met.*

BUILDING MANAGER



The Building Manager is a demanding profession. For Achmad Firdaus and Dian Indriani Soedarsono, however, they commit themselves towards meeting the challenges of the job. Backed by twenty-two long years of professional experience in quality control and housekeeping management with the latest position as the Executive Housekeeper at Jakarta Hilton International, Achmad Firdaus together with Dian Indriani Soedarsono, who possesses thirteen years of professional experience in the apartment service and building management with Sky Garden Tower Apartment, Brooke Hillier Parker, Taman Pasadenia Apartment, and, with the latest position as the Senior Blok M Jakarta, Oversees the day-to-day planning, directing and executing of the overall operation and services required to run the buildings, disseminating information pertinent to all building occupants, as well as the managing of the building assets for optimum presentation and efficient operational and financial performance in compliance with all regulatory requirements.*
