I am happy to report that The Pakubuwono Residence is now home to 132
families and that's only after a little over 3 months since the first
residents moved in. We hope that you have now settled well and enjoying
all the beautiful amenities we have here.
For this month's issue, we continue to introduce my team members who are
on hand at a moment's notice to make sure that your needs are immediately
addressed and provide you with the best service possible for a worry-free
lifestyle. Hence, you will find “inside” some tips to familiarize
yourself with the technical features of your new home such as Air-Conditioning,
Hot Water Heater, Plumbing, Electrical and Electronic Systems.
The Jogging Track is also now open for your enjoyment. In addition, our
well-appointed and very spacious function room at the Sandalwood Tower's
Mezzanine Level is available for bookings of your special events and private
parties. Please contact our Business Center at extension *0-1200 and our
staff will be happy to show you at your leisure this latest feature of
our complex. My team and I are looking forward to serving you on many
of your special occasions.

LENNY MULYANTI

The
Pakubuwono Residence takes care of its best asset his people. The
person responsible for the formation, implementation, application
and monitoring of all systems relating to human resources management,
the creation of vital links between employees and local authorities
and effective communication flows, systems and policies rests on
the shoulder of Lenny Mulyanti as the Human Resource Development
Manager of The Pakuwubono Residence. With sixteen (16) years of
professional experience in the hotel industry with Hyatt, Sofitel
Accor, Kempinski and Inter-Continental groups, and with her latest
position as the Assistant Human Resources Director at Hotel Inter-Continental
MidPlaza Jakarta, she ensures that company employees work as a harmonious
team, serving the interests of customers whilst developing a positive,
healthy working atmosphere. |

Joni
is the Information Technology (IT) Manager of The Pakubuwono Residence.
From his stint as IT Assistant Manager of PT. Trikomsel Multimedia
and backed up with more than seven years of professional experience
in the IT industry, The Pakubuwono Residence fully believes in his
capability and ensuring the proper operation of the entire IT-infrastructure
and computer systems of The Pakubuwono Residence, including the
security system. |
DEDY ROZA
 |
Possessing
thirteen (13) years of professional experience in the hotel industry
with Jakarta Hilton International and with his latest position as
the Housekeeping Manager at Hotel Mulia Senayan, Dedy Roza takes
on his responsibilities in the Housekeeping Department by maintaining
and controlling the physical appearance and cleanliness of all common
areas, common grounds and facilities, waste removal, pest control
and landscape services. |
ABDUL HALIK

Abdul
Halik is the The Pakubuwono Residence's Club and Recreational Manager.
Having worked in the Royal Bali Vacation Club, Club Awani, and with
the latest position as the Operations Manager of Puri Bugar. He
uses his eleven (11) years of professional experience in the hospitality
industry. Ensures the quality of services for all facilities. |

Remember that library members still have the privilege of enjoying free

Activity
Effective on May 11, 2006, our jogging track is open for you to use and
enjoy. You may access the jogging track via the sunset deck at the Sandalwood
Tower or the
G-level at the security post of Jl. Pakubuwono.
You may also join our Yoga, Swimming or Aikido Classes.
Tips
from the Building Management
Air Conditioning
* Do not have the windows/doors open when the Air Conditioning Units are
turned on to prevent condensation.
* Room temperature setting should be 23 _ 25 o C.
* Regular maintenance for AC units (clean the filter, check the freon
etc) is needed and should be done every 3-4 months.
Please contact the Tenant Relations Officer of your respective tower for
assistance.
