Out Work Requirements
For your information these are the requirements for fit out work within
your unit
01. Please
read the house rules & regulations chapter “fit out guide”
for more detailed information and requirements
02. See the fit out coordinator at the building management office to
fill out the required fit out application forms
03. Submit forms and complete design & construction drawings
04. The fit out coordinator will review the proposed drawings to approve
or disaprove
05. If approved, the fit out coordinator will issue a fit out work permission
letter
06. Submit fotocopies of all ID card of the contractor's worker to issue
the fit out worker's ID cards which will be charged
@ Rp. 20.000 / worker and Rp. 250.000 for the service lift access card(refundable
at 50%)
07. ID cards must be worn at all times while entering and working at
the Pakubuwono complex and within the unit
08. All fit out workers must enter from jl. Ophir (gate 3)
09. Only workers with a worker's ID card can pass/enter the gate
10. Management has the right to stop all fit out work immediately if
the owner doesn't have a fit out work permission letter
and doesn't follow the actual rules & procedures
11. After the fit out work is finished, you must return all worker's
ID Cards and access cards to the fit out department for
refund

Business Center already opened by 22nd Feb 2006.
When you need a quiet place to concentrate, we can provide an office
room equipped with a computer, telephone and internet connection at
your request. We can also provide secretarial services, photocopy, binding
of books and courier service. A small token fee for adminis- tration
of services will be charged to your account.
If you have a wifi laptop and wish to use your own laptop at the Café
or at children playground while you are watching your kids playing,
you can buy a “Prepaid Internet Card” at the Business Center.

TPR
library has been available for use by all residents since 1st February
2006. We have various collections for children, teen and adult books.
We have many interesting fiction and non-fiction titles listed on International
Bestsellers.
Here are some of our collections title:“Bud,Not Buddy”by
Christopher Curtis, children literature won Newbery Medal and Honor
books. Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, New York Times Bestseller, Bleachers
by John Grisham, New York Times Bestseller, Living History by Hilary
Clinton, Worldwide Bestseller, Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren, New
York Times Bestseller, Crisis of Islam, International Bestsellers, The

All equipment have arrived and the multi purposes room has been completed. We will have some classes starting this week such as aerobics and spinning. We have 2 ATM now running, Lippo and BCA. They are located at retail area. You can come down to the area from G level using the stairs beside the Gym or you can go in from P1 level |
