Back to school day is approaching...it means routine activity will back soon, missing the fun of holiday season already?? Not to worry..... during the month of July and August will be filled with lots of fun activities, be prepared for sport games and fantastic games specially arranged to celebrate Indonesia's Independence Day. Join the sport games event for its variety of healthy activities such Badminton, Futsal, Ping Pong and 3 on 3 Basketball. For those who are not really into the athletic mood fantastic games will satisfy your inner child activities, include Makan Kerupuk (chip eating contest for kids), Tug of War, Sack Race, Bakiak Race and Flag Relay race. You could find al details from our club receptionist and the information leaflet at TRO. Hopefully this event will bring more fun to The Pakubuwono Residence.

We are happy to announce that a new commercial facility coming up soon is Daily Bread with its wide variety of delicatessen to pick from a quick meal or leisurely coffee time.
July 2008 will also be an important moment for The Pakubuwono Residence- starting on June 21st the Resident Association has taken over the employees of the building management which was previously employed by the developer. . Almost all of the employees and staff of the building management are moving and starting their new employment under the Resident Association. Please give a warm welcome to our employees and staff!.
At around the same time the Management Committee of the Resident Association has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as our property management. With the local and global experience of Jones Lang LaSalle, we're sure the services at The Pakubuwono Residence will be maintained or even improve. Jones Lang LaSalle will work together with the Management. Committee in providing a world class property management. In addition, Jones Lang LaSalle will support the Resident Association to establish a marketing department to provide sales and leasing services to all owners of apartment units The Pakubuwono Residence. The Jones Lang LaSalle team has been on board and a new General Manager will join us on 1 September 2008. We are looking forward to a close working relationship with Jones Lang LaSalle.

REMINDER TO ALL RESIDENTS DRIVERS!

As stated in the House Rules and Regulations :
10.4. MAID, DRIVERS AND OTHER DOMESTIC HELPERS
10.4.6. Residents are responsible for the behavior and conduct of their employees. All domestic helpers including maids, drivers must adhere to all the House Rules and Regulation Lately some drivers have become unruly and are creating disturbances for residents and staff alike. Please convey this message to your drivers!

UNIT KEYS
As stated in the House Rules and Regulations :

1.2. KEYS
The Building Management will not hold any keys for the untis. In case of emergency or loss of keys, please contact Tenant Relation at the reception of our respective tower. Due to this matter, in case of you forget or loss of keys, Building Management is not allowed to break the key before we get an approval from the owner of the unit.

 

Fragrant water lilies (Nymphaea odorata) are exceptionally beautiful water plants with floating leaves and large many-petaled fragrant blossoms. They are wonderful additions to backyard ponds and even "tub gardens." The nursery industry has hybridized them and produced many color variations. They sell tropical water lilies and hardy water lilies. It is the hardy white and (sometimes) pink lilies that have become naturalized in Washington lakes and rivers. These plants are native to the eastern United States and it is believed that the water lily was introduced to Washington during the Alaska Pacific Yukon Exposition held in Seattle in the late 1800s. Because of their great beauty, water lilies have been intentionally planted in many Washington lakes, especially those lakes in western Washington. However, lake residents are strongly discouraged from planting fragrant waterlilies in lakes or natural waterbodies. Not only are water lilies aggressive plants, but sometimes "hitchhiker" plants such as hydrilla can also be introduced to our lakes when water lilies are planted. Nymphaea odorota can be found at the putting green area.
