Dear Residents,
It's been
almost six months from when we first opened our doors to our first residents
how time flies! To those who have been with us from the very beginning,
thank you for your understanding as we completed many of the facilities
and amenities, now ready for everyone's enjoyment. To our new residents,
a very warm welcome and we hope that you find your new home living up
to your expectations.
Indeed, we have new and state-of-the-art facilities that have opened
up recently to provide you and your family lots of possibilities to
relax, take time out together for leisure activities and simply enjoy
being “at home”.
“Inside” takes you to Ro'Saze Spa and Wellness designed to spoil you and captivate you to another world of peace and tranquility. For sports enthusiasts, try our Putting Green complete with bunkers to give you a better put in your next golf game. Get active at our Tennis Courts and if you prefer walking or running but don't have the time during the day, our tennis courts and jogging track are well-lit for that late evening game or run.
Of course,
leisure time with our friends and families would not be complete without
satisfying our appetites. Paprika Restaurant will be running a series
of food promotions starting with a Japanese Food Promo on July 7th.
Don't miss out! Enjoy a variety of cuisines in the next months at your
very own restaurant, Paprika, exclusively for you.
To our residents who are going away for the summer break or school holidays,
I wish you a safe journey and enjoyable time. Please inform our Tenant
Relations if you will be away for a prolonged period and advise us where
we can reach you in case of any urgent matter. Don't forget to please
unplug all electrical appliances during your absence, lock all doors,
close all water taps, shut windows and turn off lights and air con units
in your apartment. See you soon!

tower. Certain guidelines apply.
