GM's Letter
Happy
New Year!
I hope that you had a great time during the holidays and had the chance
to relax, sing Auld Lang Syne and reminisce the good old days of 2006
with your families and friends with great joy and fondness. This is
a time when we look back to the days gone by while we eagerly greet
the New Year signifying a new beginning… a fresh start and a promise
of new opportunities and successes, hopes realized and dreams come
true.
The month of January is a very special month for all of us here at
The Pakubuwono Residence. It was exactly a year ago when we opened
our doors to our first residents. It is quite remarkable that as we
celebrate our first year anniversary, The Pakubuwono Residence has
already made an indelible mark in the city as the most desirable place
to live in. It has been, for all of us, an incredibly busy year to
make this happen. Behind the scenes are many men and women working
round the clock to bring you the fabulous lifestyle you seek for and
deserve. I am truly grateful and honored to have such hard working
ladies and gentlemen in our team. Likewise, I appreciate very much
your support of our programs, your valuable inputs and goodwill throughout
the year. We look forward to another exciting year with more services
and wide ranging activities that will focus on healthy and better
living.
We start off Inside with our new fitness morning classes at the Gym,
followed by a feature on a new relaxation technique, the Ro'zase signature
Healing Stone Massage. Lessons in various languages will be interesting
for both adults and the younger members of our community. Children
can also register for subjects in math, science and chemistry, and
of course, when kids want to have fun, there's our library, weekend
Cartoons at Paprika, and playground (when not raining). Don't miss
out on our Crab Meat Promotion and special menus at your very own
resto, Paprika. I'm also delighted to see residents gather and enjoy
the beautifully-lit garden and pool area, the perfect spot to chill
out with friends. Enjoy as the evenings sparkle at The Pakubuwono
Residence!
May the New Year bring you good luck, good health and good fortune!
With my best personal wishes,
Detlef

3. Ro'saze Promotion for January 2007
Try out Ro'saze signature massage… the Healing Stone Massage starts
out with a gentle massage using aromatic oil and then followed with
smooth, heated basalt river rocks of varying sizes massaged with Swedish
strokes.
During the course of the treatment, the basalt stones are also placed
on strategic points along your body, encouraging its warmth to seep
through. Lying on a warm bed of stones with some baby stones placed
between your toes is actually quite comforting, as the body relaxes
and tension and stress slowly fades away and replaced with a comfortable
feeling of warmth.
4.
Piano, English, Mandarin, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia Courses NOW
available at The Pakubuwono Residence
Classes will start mid-January 2007. For those interested to study
languages or book a private lesson for your children, register with
the Tenant Relation Officer of your respective tower or at the Gym
Reception.
