When the clock strikes midnight to ring in the New Year, doesn't it bring nostalgia of the years past, memories of family and friends in faraway places whom we hope can be near and a sense of longing prevails for dreams still to be fulfilled. Yet, we also feel great excitement and expectation as the New Year dawns, symbolizing new hopes and new aspirations, bringing new possibilities and new horizons for us to have another wonderful and even a better year ahead.

On this note, on behalf of my team, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to the Management Committee, of the newly established” Pengurus Perhimpunan Penghuni Rumah Susun Hunian The Pakubuwono Residence”, also referred to as the Owner's Association of The Pakubuwono Residence. Some of you may know them personally or had the opportunity to meet them during recent meetings held with the unit owners.

In this New Year's feature of Inside, meet your new Management Committee of the “PP The Pakubuwono Residence” who are respected individuals and professionals, willing to give their time and talents and putting their expertise and experience together to ensure that the needs of The Pakubuwono Residence's Owners and Residents are realized for the greater good and benefit of all. We are grateful to them, for their valuable inputs and contribution, and we wish them all the best in the coming years ahead.

BRUNFELSIAPAUCIFLORA

Latin Name : Brunfelsia pauciflora
English Name : Yesterday, today and tomorrow flower.

A dwarf variety of Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow growing to no more than 5'-6' on average. Flowers start dark purple then fade to lavender then to almost white. All 3 colors are displayed on 1 plant simultaneously.



The plant produces the flowers at the end of the new growth, therefore the more branches you have the more flowers you get. These flowers can be found all around the buildings outer garden walls at the garden level

REMINDER TO ALL RESIDENTS

As stated in the House Rules and Regulations.

3. Parking and Car Washing Area

  • 3.1.1 The vehicles of residents shall be parked only at the slots assigned to them. Resident must provide a photocopy of his/her vehicle registration (STNK) to the Building Management
  • 3.1.2 Any unauthorized vehicle found in a parking slot will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
  • 3.1.3 Sticker must be attached to the bottom right hand corner or the windshield of the vehicle.
  • 3.1.4 The vehicle number must be the same number as indicated at the sticker in the right hand corner of the windshield.
  • 3.1.5 For any changes in vehicle registration or replacement of any lost sticker, please contact Tenant Relation Officer at the reception of your respective tower.

Please note, parking stickers for your vehicles will be only issued after we have received you complete vehicle registration (STNK).
It is imperative that all concerned must adhere to the above regulations, in the interest of good neighborly relations as well as to maintain and preserve the harmonious environment of “The Pakubuwono Residence”. We therefore urge you to remind your drivers to strictly observe “The Pakubuwono Residence House Rules and Regulations” at all times.

CBN


To improve the quality of CBN services particularly for CBN DirectNet user, CBN enhances the internet connection speed. The enhancement of such speeds are as follows:

  1. For DirectNet Basic of which has initially the connection speed up to
    128 Kbps, is now enhancing up to 384 Kbps.
  2. For DirectNet Plus, of which has initially the connection speed up to
    256 Kbps, is now enhancing up to 512 Kbps.

Quality improvement on this CBN service will not result in any additional cost. Hence, you can use the internet connection faster with the normal rate. Such speed enhancement is valid for all new or existing customers.
